Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Rotini-1 box
    Cucumber w/peel-1 diced
    Green Bell Pepper-1 diced
    Sweet Onion-1/2 cp diced
    Celery-1/2 cp diced
    Carrots-1/2 cp shredded
    Plum Tomato-3 diced
    Fat Free Feta Cheese-1/2 cp Crumbled

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil-1/2 cp
    Balsamic Vinegar-1/4 cp
    Lemon Juice-2 TBSP
    Greek Seasoning(no MSG)-1 TBSP

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2.Drain and rinse with cool water until pasta is cool to touch.
3. Chop all vegtables and add to large bowl.
4. Add pasta to vegtables.
5. Mix dressing in seperate container.
6. Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly.
7. Refridgerate for at least an hour.
8. Add feta before serving.
