2 1/2 cups Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal

Optional: Replace berries for a tsp of Strawberry Jam per cookie, this adds about 25 calories which puts each cookie over 100 calories - FYI
Directions
Preheat oven 350
Assemble dough by adding the wet to dry
Form a round cookie shape onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
Press 1/2 of a single strawberry into the center of cookie
Bake for 15 minutes
Cool and Refrigerate or Freeze
Makes between 28 - 36 2 inch round cookies
Note:
This dough does not spread during baking so you need to form and flatten cookies into a round cookie shape.
AND USE parchment paper
I use strawberries but blueberries, bosenberries, apricots work too
