Introduction

sweet and tangy, peppy and super delicious vegetarian pizza. Inspired from Pizza Luce's "BBQ Rustler" Pizza. YUMMY.

These are large portions. You can cut down portion size, or go to a low fat cheese to save on calories. Any BBQ sauce will do. So yummy you will die! mmmmmmmm.

Ingredients

1 12 inch Boboli 100% whole wheat crust
1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce (Hunt's Pizza Sauce works great)
    1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2/3 Cup Shredded Part Skim Mozzerella Cheese
    1/3 Cup Red Onions, Chopped
1/3 Cup Banana Peppers, Sliced Thin
    1/3 Cup Pineapple Tidbits
    2/3 Cup Mock Duck
1/3 Cup BBQ Sauce (Any variety that you like)

Directions

Cover pizza crust with tomato sauce. Sprinkle all mozerella over sauce. Sprinkle chopped peppers, onions, pineapple, and mock duck over mozzerella. Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese on top of that.

Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Set oven to broil and broil for 2-4 minutes until all cheese is melted and delicious.

Pull out of oven, Drizzle with COLD BBQ Sauce. YUMMY.

You can use chicken instead of mock duck, too, but that's not nearly as good. I've also had it with cheesy substitutes, but I really enjoy the greasy cheddar.
