    16 oz Fettuccini noodles
    2 1/2 cups chicken broth
    8 tsp flour
    1 pk cream cheese
    6 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    garlic (to taste)
    24 oz grilled chicken breast


Cook pasta as directed on package.

Meanwhile, combine broth & flour in medium saucepan. Stir in cream cheese, crushed garlic cloves, half of the parmesan cheese, nutmeg & pepper. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring constantly with wire whisk until mixture boils and thickens, add chicken heat through and toss with pasta.

Drain pasta. Toss with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.

Great with leftover chicken torn into medium chunks.

  • I added some garlic & nutmeg for more flacour otherwise this is a easy sauce recipe with ingrediants I usually have on hand that tastes good. - 11/21/11
