    10 oz package of mixed vegetables x 2
    16 ozs ground beef
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 packages Idahoan Buttery Gold instant potatoes.
    Beef broth/boulion cubes


Preheat oven to 350
Brown the ground beef stirring in 1 teaspoon garlic or 1 whole garlic chopped fine. While beef browns 1.5 bags of mixed veges in bottom of a large casserole dish (9x13 )
Grate 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
Heat water, follow instructions for the instant mashed potatoes. Sit aside.
Heat more water, add beef boulion cubes (2) to instructions. Make a soft slurry of cornstarch with a little bit of water to thiken the beef broth making it more like gravy.

When ground beef is done drain, then spread evenly over the top of the mixed vegetables. Add the gravy/beef broth, put half to 2/3 of the shredded cheese on top. Top with mashed potatoes spread out to edge of casserole dish and top with the rest of the cheese.
Place in oven, cook til tops of potatoes are browned and the mixture is all bubbly under the mashed potatoes.
Pull out, let cool a couple minutes and enjoy.
