    1 cup Fiber 1 original bran cereal
    2/3 cup milk
    1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed
    3/4 cup chopped apple
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup grated carrots
    1/4 cup shredded coconut
    3 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup eggs
    1 Tbsp canola oil
    1 tsp vanilla


1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Mix all dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and mix until just wet.
3. put into 12 paperlined muffin cups.
4. Bake 25 minutes or until done.
