    * *Zucchinni 1 cup raw chopped with skin, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Capsicum, 120 gram(s) (remove)
    * Canned Tomatoes, .3 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    * Beans, pinto, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *chilli pepper or crushed pepper, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Olive oil "Olive Pit" garlic flavored mission olive oil, 1 tbsp (remove)


Fry onion garlic and chilli. Add vegetables and soften. Add beans and spices. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with grated cheese, lettuce and tomato in a tortilla
