    * Ginger Root peeled & chopped, 4 tsp
    * Cilantro or Parsley 3 tbsp
    * Garlic, minced 1 tsp
    * *Lemon Juice, .33 cup
    * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
    * Sage, dried, .5 tbsp
    * *Dried Hot Red Pepper Flakes, .2 tbsp
    * *Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp
    * Pepper, black, .13 tbsp
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces


Combine all ingredients except chicken in food processor/blender to make marinade. Measurements are estimated.

Place chicken & marinade in sealed ziplock bag or container and marinate in refrigerator for 4+ hours.

Pre-heat oven to 375 and bake for 40 minutes, until chicken is done.
