Ingredients

    3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 tsp poudre diuce
    2 tsp tex mex seasoning
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Toss the sweet potatoes with the olive oil. Spread potato in a single layer, and sprinkle with seasonings. Bake at 450 for approximately 40 minutes (or until potatoes are tender)
