    1/4 cup Heart Smart Bisquick Mix
    7 Saltine Crackers (1/2 cup)
    1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
    1/8 tsp Pepper
    2 Egg Whites
    1 tbsp water
    4, 4oz boneless pork chops (pork loin chops are used for nutrition facts)


In a shallow dish, mix Bisquick mix, cracker crumbs, seasoned salt and pepper. In another shallow dish, mix egg whites and water. Dip pork into the egg mixture, then coat with Bisquick mixture.

Spray 12 inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over a medium heat. Cook pork in skillet for 8-10 minutes turning once, until no longer pink in the center.
