    2 Eggs
    1/2 C Milk
    3 mashed Banana,
    1/2 C Walnuts
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 C Sugar
    2 C Flour
    1/2 C Country Crock w Calcium


mix and bake 315 for hour

I have substituted 2 Tbs of the butter for applesauce. Still comes out moist and yummy.
I also add ground flax seed and dried milk powder for extra nutrition.
