    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Smoked sausage, 16 oz (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 4 cup (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 4 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 128 fl oz (remove)
    Chili powder, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 10 tbsp (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 10 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)


In a large pot, sautee vegetables in olive oil. Brown ground beef and turkey.
Mix meat and vegetables together. Add tomatoes.
Add tomato sauce and paste. Add water.
Let simmer for an hour. Add seasonings. Add beans. Let simmer for an hour or two. We usually eat it with a teaspoon of fat free sour cream or fat free cheddar cheese.
