Ingredients

    Cottage Cheese, Non-fat, 1 cup (not packed)
    Cream Cheese, Kraft Philadelphia Low Fat 95% Fat-Free, 6 tbsp (to make it easier to meaasure this equates to 1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp.)
    Prepared Dijon Mustard, 1 1/2 tsp
    *Asiago Cheese, 2 oz (about 1/4 c. grated)
    *Green Onion (2 Green Onion), (about 1/4 c.)
    Jalapeno Pepper, 1 small pepper (deveined, seeds removed and minced)

Directions

1. Puree cheeses in a food processor. Add mustard. Asiago cheese, onions and jalapeno pepper. Pulse until smooth in texture.
2. Place in small pot and heat on stove until bubbly and heated throughout. Place in serving dish and enjoy!
