Introduction

Ingredients

    2 C. Panko Breadcrumbs
    Salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    Garlic Powder, to taste
    Any other seasoning, to taste (I used Chinese 5 Spice)
    2 eggs
    water
    1lb. chicken cutlets (4)
    1 stick butter (yeah! I know)

Directions

Mix Panko with spices/seasonings. Beat 2 eggs with a little water. Dip chicken in egg mixture then dredge in Panko.

Meanwhile, melt half the butter in your pan. When melted, add the chicken. Cook until you can tell that the Panko is golden brown, then flip. Add the rest of the butter in small pieces around the chicken and cook until this side is also golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
