    1 c. yam, diced
    .5 c. apple, diced
    .5 c. chopped onion
    .25 t. ground cinnamon


Combine all ingredients in a covered microwave-proof dish. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Shake dish to mix. Microwave on high another 2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Serves 1. Great with pork or rotisserie chicken.
