Introduction

I added a lot more chicken, you can cut the calories a lot by only using 8 ozs of chicken. I personally wanted a lot of protein and well, I thawed out way to much chicken. Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)
    *Chow Mein Stir Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix, SunBird, Prepared, 6 serving (remove)
    2 cup bean sprouts
    1 package chow mein noodles (Optional, not calculated into calories)

Directions

Slice chicken into small bits, stir fry in hot pan til done.
Add sliced cellery, onions, carrots - stirfry til done.

While the veges cook, mix the Sunbird chowmein stir fry seasoning mix as directions require.

Add bean sprouts and prepaired seasoning mix, cook another minute or two til the sprouts are done and sauce has thickened.
Serve over chow mein noodles (optional)
