Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.), cut in thin slices
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia), cut into thin rings
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 Tbsp.
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    *Herb - Oregano, Dried (1 tsp)
    *Basil, dried, 1 tsp
    *Carnation Fat Free Evaporated Milk, 1 can
    Fat Free cheddar cheese, 1/3 cup

Directions

Spray an 8"x 8" baking pan with butter or olive oil-flavoured Pam cooking spray.
Slice potatoes and onions into thin rounds. Mix flour with spices. Arrange one third of the onions and potatoes in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with one-third of the flour mixture. Repeat with two more layers of potatoes and onions, sprinkling one-third of the flour mixture over each layer.
Drizzle the entire can of fat-free evaporated milk down the side of the dish.
Sprinkle the fat-free cheese over the top.
Bake in a 350 F oven for approximatelt 1 hour to 70 minutes.
