    1 lb ground beef
    1/4 C bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 T parmesan
    olive oil
    Italian seasoning


Mince garlic. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with your hands. Measurements are approximate and based on the feeling of consistency.

Warm a bit of olive oil in a skillet. Form meat into balls and cook on all sides until no longer pink inside. For best results, allow cooked meatballs to simmer in the marinara for at least 30 minutes.
