Ingredients

    About 1lb round steak
    3 medium potatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    Green bell pepper
    1/4 cup Mild Chunky Salsa

Directions

Slice steaks into strips, brown in pan sprayed with Pam.
Peel potatoes, cut in half lengthwise, then into small slices crosswise. (Half circles)
Pour can of tomato sauce into pan with beef, add potatoes, sliced bell pepper, salsa, and enough water to cover potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
