Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup grahama crumbs
    1/4 cup of melted margarin
    2 pkg. low fat block philadephia cream cheese
    2/3 cup boiling water
    1 pkg lime jello (85g)
    lime zest and lime juice
    2 cups 95% fat free coolwhip

    Melt butter and add to graham crumbs, place in bottom of round pan and press flat until firm. Whip room temperature cream cheese, mix jello into boiling water until jello dissolves, slowly add jello mixture to the whipped cream cheese and beat until smooth, grate lime finely and add to cream cheese mixture, whisk in 2 cups of cool whip. Place on top of graham crumbs and cool for minimum of 4 hours.
