    454 grams Ground beef, lean
    .50 cup Soy Sauce
    2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, shredded Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw
    2 cup Bean sprouts
    1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2 cup, mashed Zucchini


I put the vegetable except the bean sprouts through a blender until chopped up (not mushy). Once meat is browned add veggies and cook until tender. Makes 3/4-1 cup serving. Can be served oiver rice or in a leafy wrap


fry ground beef until brown put in large pot add chop suey vetables and soya sauce. May be serve over rice
