    One package baby carrots (about 30)
    1/4 cup white onion
    1/4 stick unsalted butter
    About 1Tbsp. honey
    Salt to taste


Boil carrots in salted water in a small sauce pan until fork tender. Meanwhile, sautee the onion in butter in a medium skillet until onions begin to brown slightly. Add honey.

Drain carrots. Add carrots to onions and stir to coat.

Serve. Makes about 4 servings
