Number of Servings: 12


    Jell-o Instant Chocolate Pudding, 1 5.9oz package
    Fat Free Milk, 2.5 cups
    Cool Whip Free, 1 8oz tub
    Nestle Toll House Mini Morsels, 1/2 cup


Thaw cool whip if frozen. Combined pudding mix and milk. Stir for 2 minutes as directed. Then fold in the tub of cool whip. Continue until colour is uniform (no streaks of white or brown). Add in mini morsels and mix well one last time. Let mousse set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Note: Mousse can be consumed after 5 minutes, but I find it doesn't reach it's perfect fluffy chilled quality unless it's been refrigerated for at least 1 hour.

Makes about 12 1/2 cup servings.
