Introduction

This is a slight adjustment to a recipe found on SP (really good but had to substitute OJ for kiwi as suggested by the author of the other smoothie). Was sooo yummy, today tried a slight adjustment by adding apples, brewers yeast and flax to up some nutritional needs for me. Ingredients

    Seaweed, laver, about 0.5 sheet soaked overnight in water
    Kiwi Fruit, 2 fruit without skin, medium
    Apples, fresh, 0.5 medium (2-3/4" dia)
    Bottled Cranberry Juice Cocktail, 50 mL
    Flax Seed, 0.3 tbsp
    Brewer's Yeast, 0.1 tbsp
    Honey, 0.5 tbsp

Directions

Soak the seaweed overnight. Peel and cut up fruit, add all ingredients to blender, plus a pinch of salt and 4 to 5 ice cubes. Mix ca. 1-2 mins on high.
