    Beef, t-bone steak, 800 grams
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 can (6 oz)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 Italian tomato
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Parsley, 2.5 sprigs
    natural peanut butter, 5 tbsp
    bouillon chicken Maggi, 1 serving
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 small (5-1/2" long)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Habanero Pepper, 1 serving
    Water, tap, 1000 mL
    Garlic, 5 clove


Marinate beef in vinegar and a coating of salt for two hours before cooking. Rinse before cooking meat.

Coat pan with cooking spray, add chopped tomato, parsley, garlic, onions, green pepper, beef and spices on medium to high heat. Cook until meat is browned or heated through. Add water and tomato paste. Let boil, add natural peanut butter and stir until well blended. Then add carrots, cabbage and any other vegetables you like and let cook until soft.
