    1 cup of peppers
    1 cup of onions
    1 can of tomato sauce
    1 can of stewed tomato
    1 can of kidney beans
    Crushed red pepper to taste
    Chili powder to taste


Combine all ingredients and simmer until peppers and onions are soft. Tastes good the next day too!
