    3 chicken breasts
    1 jar of Newman's Own Marinara
    1 cup mozarella shredded cheese
    1 box of Barilla Whole Grain Rotini
    2 cans of mushrooms
    1/4 cup onion
    1 large sweet pepper
    Italian seasonings


Cup chicken breasts into 1 inch chunks. In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp EVVO, garlic (optional), onion,, pepper (cut up) and mushrooms. Cook until onion is transparent. Add 1/2 cup marinara and chicken and Italian seasonings. Cook until chicken is done.

Meanwhile boil rotini al dente.

Pour remaining marinara into a large bowl or dish, add chicken mixture. Mix 1/2 cup of cheese into the mixture. Add rotini.

Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
