    * *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    * *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 30 oz (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    * *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 8 cup (remove)
    * *Dried Onion Flakes, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # *BANANA PEPPER, 20 serving (remove)
    # Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 10 oz (remove)
    # Basil, 8 leaves (remove)
    # Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)


Brown ground turkey with garlic, oregano, pepper and onion flakes
Let cool and stir in ricotta cheese and 4 oz mozarella cheese
Make a sauce with 8 cups diced tomatoes, 2 Tblsp parmesan cheese, 8 basil leaves (chopped)
Stuff peppers with ricotta mixture
Put peppers in a baking pan with some of the sauce spread on bottom
Sprinkle 4 oz of remaining mozzarella cheese on top of peppers
Top with sauce
Bake in a 350 deg oven for 1 hr
