    2 Carrots, 1/2 head Cabbage, 2 Onions, 1 cup barley not cooked, 2 ribs celery, 4 potatoes, 8 beef boullion cubes, 2 cans diced tomatoes, 1 can corn, 1 1/2 gallons water, oregano, mrs. dash garlic and herb, pepper, garlic salt, 4 bay leaves.


Makes alot of 1 cup servings.

I made this with 2 soup pans. They are about 6 inches deep and hold pretty close to a gallon of water each.

I added the barley and cabbage after all the other stuff and simmered for about 10 minutes. I split the veggies between the 2 pots.
