Ingredients

    1 lb. of your favorite pasta, cooked
    3/4 lb. chicken breast
    1/2 chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 chopped sweet onion
    1/2 lb. Asiago cheese
    1 bottle of Italian salad dressing

    For a softer cheese option, use provolone. Black olives may be added.

Directions

Boil the pasta. Grill the chicken. Dice the peppers, onion, and cheese. Mix the vegetables and cheese together and add half of the salad dressing. Toss.
Dice the chicken after it has cooled. Drain and cool the pasta. Add the chicken and pasta and the rest of the dressing. Toss. Best if served chilled.
