    1 onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 red bell pepper
    5 cups green beans
    1 tbsp parsley finely chopped
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tbsp flour
    2 tbsp milk


Yield 5 servings.
Sautee onion and bell peppers in olive oil. Add garlic and sautee for another minute. Add green beans and cover with water. Boil until tender. Add salt pepper and parsley.
Make a rue out of the milk, tomato paste and flour. Pour over beans and let it boil for a minute. Serve as is or as side dish to chicken.
