    *Wheat flour, .5 cup
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen or fresh, 2 cup kernels
    Basil, 2 tbsp or .5 cup fresh chopped


Whisk flour, eggs, milk, oil, baking powder and salt together in a medium bowl.
Stir in corn and basil.
Spray nonstick pan and heat to medium heat, use about 1/4 cup of batter for each cake cook until edges are dry (like you cook a pancake). Makes 5 two cake servings
