Ingredients

    ,88 lbs Organic extra lean ground beef
    23 oz No salt added organic tomato sauce
    i can No salt added diced tomatoes
    1 box Whole wheat + penne pasta
    1 tsp cayanne
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp Basil
    1/2-1 tsp Rosemary
    1/2-1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp Minced garlic
    1/3-1/2 Chopped red onion

    *Low moisture mozzarella shredded cheese to sprinkle on top.

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375.
In a cast iron casserole dish, over med-hi heat brown onion, garlic, and ground beef. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a low boil. Once oven is at 375, place casserole dish in oven with cover on for 30 min, Check at 30 min; if bubbling around edges add mozzarella and cook an additional 5-8mins, or until cheese melted and slightly browned.
