Ingredients

    2 lg tomatoes diced
    1 med onion diced
    one clove of garlic chopped
    one jalapeno pepper chopped
    chopped cilantro about 1 tsp.
    1 tsp ground oregano
    1/2 fresh lime
    sea salt

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients. Add juice of 1/2 fresh lime and add salt to taste .

Makes about 4 servings of 1/2 c.
