Ingredients

    Butter, unsalted,4 tbsp
    Onion - Raw, chopped, 2 cup
    mushroom, button, sliced,
    16 oz Swansons fat free, 33% less sodium chicken stock 4 cups
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 8 fl oz
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 dash
    Sour cream, light,1/3 cup

Directions

makes 8 1 1/2 cup servings
Satue onions in butter for 5 min.
Add Mushrooms satue 5 min.
Add broth, paprika, dill and Soy sauce. Lower heat cover and cook 15 min. Add whipping cream cover and cook another 10 min. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and sour cream stir and cook for about another 5 min. Garnish with parsley if desired.
