Ingredients

    8.5 oz Parsnip, cubed
    6.5 oz onion, chopped
    12.5 oz celery, diced
    10.0 oz carrots, julienne
    9.0 green beans, chopped
    19 oz white kidney beans
    28 oz diced tomatoes
    9 oz vegetable juice
    56 oz water

Directions

Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
Cook low 9 to 10 hours.

Makes approx 12 servings.
