    1 medium apple, cored
    1 tsp packed brown sugar
    sprinkle of cinnamon
    1 tsp margarine


Core the apple, but leave the skin
stuff centre of apple with mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon and margarine
Place in baking dish with a bit of water
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
