Introduction

Brown jasmine rice mixed with hydrated cranberries, toasted pine nuts and chopped mushrooms. Brown jasmine rice mixed with hydrated cranberries, toasted pine nuts and chopped mushrooms.

Ingredients

    lundberg brown jasmine rice
    mushrooms, fresh
    Craisins

Directions

Prepare the rice according to package directions.
Slice mushrooms. Saute til wilted. Then chop chunky pieces.
Hydrate dried cranberries in 1/4 cup water by microwing til warm and soft.
Toast pine nuts in frypan in 1 teaspoon butter. After toasty brown, put on paper towel and dab off all butter. Mix all ingredients with rice. Serve warm.
