    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    * Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
    * Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup
    * *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 5.2 tbsp
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .33 cup
    * Baking Powder, .75 tsp
    * Salt, .25 tsp
    * Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp

In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, buttermilk, vegetable oil and vanilla. In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt (I didnít sift when I made these yesterday but you really should!). Add the dry to the wet and bake cupcakes at 350 for 20 minutes or until they spring back when lightly touched.
