    1- frozen Swai fillet
    1/2 cup mushroom pieces (fresh)
    1/2 cup of frozen yellow sweet corn
    1 cup frozen peas
    lemon juice


1. Take a frozen piece of swai and put on plate.
2. Squeeze lemon juice all over the filete.
3. sprinkle lemon pepper, oregano, basil spices all over the filete. NOTE: the lemon juice helps to keep spices on.
4. spread mushrooms, peas and corn around the rest of the plate.
OPTIONAL: I put oregano and lemon juice on all the vegtables
5. Put plate in microwave for apx. 5 mins.
check after 3 minutes, always a good idea to get a knife and cut long ways down filete to make sure the thickest part of filete cooks before fish drys out.
6. Keep checking on fish to notice when it is flaky.
Once flaky the rest of the vegtables should be finished cooking.
7. Take out and enjoy! Very filling and amazing
Swai is a fish that does not have a fishy tast, and very cheap. You can find it in most grocery stores.
