    12 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    8 oz ground turkey breast
    3 C canned stewed tomatoes
    2 C tomato sauce
    1 1/2 C chopped onions
    1 C canned green chilies, rinsed, drained and chopped
    1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp cumin
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce


Brown meat. Add all ingredients blend and cook for 1 hour on low. Can top with low fat cheese and avocado ( not included in calorie count)
