Ingredients

Marinade:
1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite sized pieces
2 tbsp Corn Starch
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Seasoning Sauce:
2 tbsp Rice Wine
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Corn Starch
2 tsp Seasame Oil
1 lb brocolli cut up
1 bell pepper cut up
1/4 lb of snow peas
1 tsp minced Ginger Root
3 Dried Hot Chili Peppers
1/2 cup Peanuts
Directions
Chop chicken into 1 inch pieces - combine ingrediants for marinade, add chicken and let stand for 30 minutes.
Combine ingrediants in seasoning sauce in a small bowl. Cut up brocolli, snow peas and pepper and put in a medium bowl.
chop stems and seeds from hot peppers and put in a small bowl.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in wok and stir fry chicken; remove chicken from wok and drain oil.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in wok and stir fry vegetables - remove from wok
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in wok and stir fry hot peppers - Remove and discard. Add Seasoning sauce to seasoned oil in wok - heat to thicken. Add cooked chicken and then vegetables, Add peanuts.
