Raw Rosemary bread using sprouted wheat berries and no nuts. Raw Rosemary bread using sprouted wheat berries and no nuts.
Number of Servings: 11


    2 cups dry wheat berries (and then sprouted)
    1/4 c. Flax Meal
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. Rosemary (dried) - fresh might be better though
    About 1 t. salt


Mix all ingredients in food processor until well combined into dough. Shape into 11 breadsticks. Place on nonstick dehydrator tray. Dehydrate at 90-95 degrees for 12 hours, flip and dehydrate again for 12 hrs (or until the firmness you'd like).

Use for dipping or to pair with a soup.
