    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    *Wonder Lite Wheat Bread (2 slices), 4 serving
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 2 oz


Combine eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and skim milk with whisk. Spray skillet with Pam. Coat each bread slice in egg mixture and place in skillet over medium-high heat cooking until golden brown. Serve with light pancake syrup and a sprinkling of powdered sugar. Can also top with pie filling such as cherries or apples. Makes 8 servings.

To Make Stuffed French Toast:
Combine 3oz. of fat free cream cheese with 1/2t. of almond extract. Spread mixture between two slices of prepared french toast and top with cherries, syrup, and powdered sugar. Makes 4 servings
