Campbells' cream of mushroom with Roasted
Garlic condensed soup (1 can)
1/3 can water (using soup can)
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Fresh Rosemary - chopped
1/2 cup green onions
Pork Tenderloin - cut in smaller 2-3" pieces
Light Sour Cream - 1/2 cup
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Cut pork tenderloin into 2-3" pieces and set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add pork and cook until browned. Add sliced green onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Add chopped rosemary, can of soup and water to skillet. Once boiling, cook for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
Stir in sour cream.
