    Cooked chicken, or leftovers about a pound or less
    Box of frozen broccoli florrets
    Box of Uncle Ben's wild rice
    Can of cream of celery soup
    Mayo 1/2 cup
    Curry powder 2 teaspoons
    Can of sliced mushrooms 8oz


Cook the chicken or used leftovers from a roast, microwave the broccoli, cook the uncle ben's according to the box. Pre heat oven to 350. Mix the can of cream of celery with a half a cup mayo and two teaspoons of curry powder. Layer in this order rice, chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, soup/mayo mixture, shredded cheese. Bake for about twenty minutes or until the cheese is browned a bit. Make a six serving casserole.
