Ingredients

    300 gram package of fresh chinese style noodles
    3 cloves garlic slivered
    2 onions slivered
    2 carrots julienned
    6 cups thinly sliced cabbage
    6 ounces diced cooked chicken
    12 oz cooked shrimp
    6 ounces diced ham
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 TBS canola oil
    2 TBS soy sauce
    2 fresh lemons cut in wedges to serve with dish

Tips

If you do not have the shrimp, this works well with just the ham and chicken.


Directions

Prepare all the vegetables. You can sautee them ahead of time and set aside.
Cut meat into small pieces.
Saute the vegetables in the canola oil. Add the meat, 1/4 cup lemon juice. Add cooked shrimp and then remove from pan.
Cook noodles in boiling water for 1 minute only, then drain and saute in the hot pan for a couple of minutes. Add vegetable and meat mixture and soy sauce.
Stir well, and serve with lemon wedges.
