    1tsp oregano
    1tsp parsley
    1tsp garlic powder
    1tsp chilli powder
    2cups choped broccoli
    2cups choped cauliflower
    3tbsp olive oil
    2tbsp parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup cracker barrel light medium cheddar cheese.


1-mix all spices in a bowl and set aside.
2-mix cheeses in a bowl and set aside.
3-chop broccoli & cauliflower, leaving only desired stumps. Place in an oven safe baking dish.
4-drissel with olive oil and toss well to completely coat all veggies.
5-bake at 375 for about 30mins or until desired softness.
6-toss with spice and return to the oven for 5mins.
7- serve warm and top with mixed cheeses.

Please ignore the top measurments I didn't know how to change them. The proper ingredients are in the ingredients list.

This recipe devided by 4 servings is only about 83 calories a cup. Yum yum.
