Ingredients

    20 oz. Jennie.O Ground Turkey
    1 1/2 T. Chili powder
    1/2 t. Salt
    1/4 t. ground Cumin seed
    1/4 t. Pepper, black
    1 10 oz. pkg chopped frozen Spinach
    1 1/4 cups chunky salsa
    1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
    8 count Tumaro's Gourmet Tortillas

Directions

1. Brown turkey into crumbles, pour off fat, season with chilli powder, salt, cumin and pepper.

2. Stir in defrosted and well drained spinach, and salsa. Heat through, remove from heat and stir in cheese.

3. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture per tortilla fold and enjoy.
