    1 scoop protein powder - your choice
    1/3 cup/80 ml dry oatmeal
    2/3 cup/160 mil soy milk (or you can substitute water, cow's milk, almond or rice milk)
    1 TBSp/5 ml natural amond butter or nut butter of your choice
    1 frozen banana (if you don't have a frozen one, use a fresh banana)
    2 Tbsp/30 ml unsweetened applesauce
    1 Tbsp/15 mil flax seed (whole flax seed is fine)
    1 Tbsp/15 ml wheat germ
    1/2 cup/120 ml ice cubes


Blend all ingredients.
